How We Are Paid
Our services are no-cost to consumers. We are licensed insurance brokers with access to numerous insurance companies. When you purchase an insurance plan through us, we are paid a small commission by the insurance company you choose. You pay the same price whether you buy through us or directly from the insurance company. The commissions are built into the plan’s premium.
Benefits of this arrangement:
- Our interests are in-line with our clients, not the insurance company.
- You get access to the entire market.
- Our services are complimentary.
Brokers could possibly “cherry pick” the companies that pay the highest commission, but it’s not in our best interest to do so. Commissions among insurance companies in the individual health insurance and Medicare industry are within a few dollars of each other. We are more profitable when our clients stay happy and keep their business with us for multiple years. It’s not worth an extra fifty bucks to risk your dissatisfaction and the loss of our long-term relationship.
