If so, we facilitate a connection with our trusted partner who specializes in the group market. They will provide detailed quotes from various carriers, handle plan comparisons, and manage the enrollment process for you.
Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs)
Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) allow you, the employer, to provide tax-free funds for your employees to use towards their healthcare costs, offering budget control for the business and choice for the employee. The two main types relevant for small businesses are the Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) and the Qualified Small Employer HRA (QSEHRA).
General Eligibility Considerations
Traditional Group Plans
Usually require at least one W2 employee besides the owner/spouse, often with minimum participation levels set by carriers. Best suited for groups 6+.
ICHRA
Available to businesses of all sizes. No minimum participation requirements.
QSEHRA
