How We Can Help You

Traditional Small Group Health Insurance

Traditional group health insurance offers comprehensive healthcare coverage for employees and, optionally, their families. By pooling employees together, businesses can negotiate lower premium rates, making healthcare more affordable for everyone involved.

This type of plan typically covers a wide range of medical services, including doctor visits, hospital stays, preventive care, and prescriptions. Offering traditional group health insurance not only helps in attracting and retaining top talent but also demonstrates a company’s commitment to the well-being of its employees.

ICHRA and QSEHRA Health Insurance Plans

ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) and QSEHRA (Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement) are innovative health insurance solutions that offer flexibility and control to both employers and employees.

ICHRA allows businesses of any size to reimburse employees tax-free for individual health insurance premiums and medical expenses.

On the other hand, QSEHRA is designed for small employers with fewer than 50 employees, offering a simple way to provide health benefits without offering a traditional group plan.

Both options enable employees to choose the coverage that best fits their needs, while employers can control costs and enjoy tax benefits.

ACA Individual Health Plans For Employees

ACA (Affordable Care Act) individual health insurance plans are designed to make healthcare accessible and affordable for everyone.

These plans are available on the Health Insurance Marketplace, offering a variety of coverage options across different levels of cost-sharing and benefits.

ACA plans cover essential health benefits, including preventive services, and cannot deny coverage or charge more due to pre-existing conditions. They are ideal for individuals and families who do not have access to employer-sponsored insurance, providing financial assistance to those who qualify based on income.

Medicare Enrollment For Employees 65 And Older

Navigating Medicare enrollment can be complex, especially for employees approaching or over 65. Our service simplifies this process by providing comprehensive support for enrolling in Medicare parts A and B, and if desired, exploring additional coverage options like Part C (Medicare Advantage) or Part D (prescription drug plans).

We help older employees understand their options, deadlines, and the benefits of transitioning from employer-sponsored insurance to Medicare, ensuring a seamless switch to this federal health insurance program designed to provide affordable healthcare options for seniors.

Dental & Vision Insurance

We recommend dental and vision plans from a few select insurance companies. The right choice for your employees will depend on which company’s dental network is most competitive in your area.

Supplemental Health Insurance

These plans help pay your deductible and other out-of-pocket expenses in the event of a serious health event. With these plans, policyholders receive a lump sum benefit upon diagnosis or hospital admission.

How We Are Paid

Our services are no-cost to consumers. We are licensed insurance brokers with access to numerous insurance companies. When you purchase an insurance plan through us, we are paid a small commission by the insurance company you choose. You pay the same price whether you buy through us or directly from the insurance company. The commissions are built into the plan’s premium.

Benefits of this arrangement:

  • Our interests are in-line with our clients, not the insurance company.
  • You get access to the entire market.
  • Our services are complimentary.

Brokers could possibly “cherry pick” the companies that pay the highest commission, but it’s not in our best interest to do so. Commissions among insurance companies in the health insurance industry are within a few dollars of each other. We are more profitable when our clients stay happy and keep their business with us for multiple years. It’s not worth an extra fifty bucks to risk your dissatisfaction and the loss of our long-term relationship.
