About Us
How We Work
We work for you, not an insurance company
We’re able to sell plans from multiple insurance companies, but we’re not beholden to any one of them. We have contracts with several insurance companies. That allows us to shop the market on your behalf and find the plan that’s the right fit for your needs and budget.
Our services are no-cost
If you purchase a plan through us, the insurance company you choose pays us a commission for acting as a matchmaker. It doesn’t add to your cost of the plan.
Year-round support
When you become a client, you’re entitled to our help with issues like claims and billing.

Frequently Asked Questions
A health insurance broker helps individuals and businesses find the right insurance plans by comparing options, explaining coverage details, and assisting with enrollment. They act as intermediaries between clients and insurance companies.
No, using a broker does not increase the cost of insurance. Brokers are paid commissions by insurance companies, so their services are typically free for clients.
Brokers earn a commission from the insurance company when you purchase a plan through them. This commission is included in the premium, so you don’t pay extra.
Yes, brokers can assist with claims, billing issues, or any other problems that arise after you purchase a plan. They can help you navigate the insurance system and advocate on your behalf.
An insurance agent typically works for one insurance company, while a broker is independent and works with multiple insurers to find the best options for clients. Brokers offer a broader range of choices.
Yes, a broker can help you find health insurance plans that cover pre-existing conditions. Plans subject to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) cannot deny coverage or charge more for pre-existing conditions, and a broker can guide you through the available plans that meet your healthcare needs.
